Here’s What Partnership And Trust Actually Looks Like
Three real situations. Three different businesses. The same approach each time.
Every business on this page came to us frustrated, stuck, or simply too busy to deal with their website themselves. None of them needed a sales pitch. They needed someone who’d actually handle it.
In Their Words
Client Stories
“Thanks to Brian for the complete re-design and overhaul of our online presence. He built our company a new website, including the analytics to see the results, and used the data from Google reviews to help drive more traffic to our web page. This results in more sales. We have excellent feedback coming in from our customers, which can be directly attributed to the work Folotrio did for us. I highly recommend this company.” — Vann Parrish, Vice President, Atlantic Coast Plumbing and Tile
“Brian and his team were able to help us redevelop our entire website, web presence and SEO capabilities. He was able to do this in a short window and within a fixed budget. We are very happy with our new site and would highly recommend Folotrio and Brian to anyone needing to develop a new website, create an online store or just manage their SEO and web presence.” — Dan Fulmer, Fultech Solutions
Case Study One
Domain & Reputation Recovery
When a Missed Email Nearly Cost a Business Its Online Identity
Outcome: A domain lost to a squatter, and a full slate of hard-earned Google reviews with it — recovered, restored, and later carried straight through to the sale of the business.
The Problem One plumbing client learned the hard way how much a website and a Google listing are actually worth. Theirs disappeared. A renewal notice went to an inbox nobody was checking, and within weeks their domain belonged to someone else. And their hard-earned Google reviews were gone with it.
What We Did We recovered the reviews first, since that’s where their new customers were finding them. Then we built up a clean, functioning site on a new domain so they were never offline while we handled the rest. The original domain’s new owner wanted a price that wasn’t reasonable. We said no on our client’s behalf, kept the door open, and waited. More than a year later, that door reopened, and we negotiated their domain back at a fraction of the original asking price.
They stayed on as a member of our Concierge Membership. When they later decided to sell the business, a clean, recovered online presence, complete with their hard-earned customer reviews was part of what they sold.
Services used: Domain & Reputation Recovery · Google Business review recovery · Emergency site rebuild · Concierge Membership
What we did
- Recovered lost Google Business reviews
- Stood up a new website immediately so they stayed visible
- Negotiated the return of their original domain, on their terms and timeline
- Provided ongoing Concierge Membership support through the eventual sale of the business
Outcome: A business that could have lost its identity overnight kept it, sold it, and walked away on their own terms.
Case Study Two
New Business Launch
From One Local Business to a Brand-New One, Online From Day One
Outcome: A second business, fully online from opening day. built while the owner focused on stocking shelves, and handed off to his own team the moment he was ready to run it himself.
The Problem Our client had already built one successful local business. Then he turned a newly acquired building into an entirely new business in antiques and collectibles. He needed someone to build an entire online identity while he focused on stocking shelves and learning a new trade.
What We Did We handled the domain research, designed and built the site, came in to photograph the inventory, and produced a video that showed off the shop’s character better than any written description could. We also secured his social accounts early even though he wasn’t ready to use them yet, so that work wouldn’t have to be redone later.
Months after launch, when he was ready, we trained someone on his team to run the shop’s Facebook and Google Business presence directly, so he didn’t have to keep paying us to do it. We still manage his website’s hosting, security, and protection today.
Services used: Website design & build · In-store photography and video · Social account setup · In-house team training · Concierge Membership
What we did:
- Domain research and registration
- Full website design and build
- In-store photography and a custom video
- Secured social accounts before he needed them, so they were ready when he did
- Trained his associate to manage social media in-house
- Ongoing website hosting and management
Outcome: A brand-new business with a fully built online presence on day one, and the independence to grow into it at his own pace.
Case Study Three
Website Rescue & Migration
Stuck With a Site They Couldn’t Update? Not Anymore.
Outcome: A business trapped on a previous vendor’s proprietary system, migrated to a site they finally control with zero downtime and zero waiting on someone else’s schedule
The Problem One of our clients came to us frustrated that their previous provider held their website on proprietary hosting and a proprietary design system, and updates that should have taken days were taking months, when they happened at all.
What We Did We rebuilt their site to match the existing design, then migrated everything over so they weren’t waiting on anyone else’s schedule again. Today we manage their website, help them respond to customer reviews, and advise them whenever a marketing question touches their site.
They’re hosted with a third-party provider for now, a holdover from the transition. We’ll move them onto our own managed hosting when their renewal comes up, so they get the same level of care end-to-end.
Services used: Migration Concierge · Website management · Review response support · Marketing advisory
What we did
- Rebuilt their site to match the previous vendor design, by request
- Migrated them off proprietary hosting they didn’t control
- Ongoing website management and review response support
- Marketing guidance and support whenever a site-related question comes up
Outcome: A business that no longer has to ask permission to update their own website.
